I chose my OCs Mirage and Yui from a YGO RP I'm doing with some friends.

Yui: *grins cheekily* That's a trade secret.

Yui: Hmmm… Winter, probably.

Mirage: Yui.
Yui: Aw, shucks girly! *Grins and pulls Mirage into a one-armed hug* Thanks sweetheart!
Mirage: *smiles*
Yui: Well, Yuki is my 'lord', so I don't know if that qualifies as a 'friend', but I've known him forever. After that, I don't really have 'favorites', although Mirage and I are pretty close.

Mirage: …

Yui: Favorite drink? Hard to say. I drink water the most.
Mirage: Same.

Mirage & Yui: No idea.

Yui: If you're talking about Sao, then he was the best father I could've asked for. Brutal, but great. *smiles fondly*

Yeah, so a lot has been going on in my life. I've been teaching myself japanese with the Genki 1 series, and made friends with a girl from Osaka who is willing to help me learn things I can't on my own- like when the textbook throws pair work at me. X) If only I had a twin who was interested in the same things as I was.

I got the news last week that my sister's long-term boyfriend proposed to her, and they're now engaged. Yay! ::little hearts:: I've entered some work for The American contest and the Toshiba contest, and I hope that they at least get to the semi-finals. I've been working on a story I got the inspiration for the other day with the working title of 'MagiCian'. A very interesting set up so far. Looks very interesting. The plot hasn't been set in stone yet, but thats how my best stories seem to go. Just having a general idea of what COULD happen but doesn't need to happen or have to happen. Its very interesting at the moment, and very sweet. I'm hoping that it will go far.

I'm finding that like an alcholic, I need to get a stronger dose of JAPAN every time the craving hits me, and as a result I often find myself on google maps looking at differnt parts of japan and pictures of the surrounding area while on street view or searching and looking at google images of traditional japanese ryokans or futons on a tatami mat floor with a gorgeous shouji in the back ground. Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. I'm a complete Japan Addict, and I love it.
